Bleeding dark blood from my bottom
Today I was doing chores and found blood in my trousers 😔 I had a 2WW
colonoscopy
in March which come back clear. No piles inside or out, this was a bit hard to believe as I had a pile when I arrived. I have been feeling very dizzy. I don’t know what to do as I’m scared about everything. 😔😢

Worried!!
I do have a
colonoscopy
scheduled in just a couple weeks , I am getting really nervous for the results! The doctor assured me that there are many false positives with Cologuard but nonetheless, I am nervous. Any advice?

I have a
colonoscopy
booked in for Monday afternoon and will be starting the prep Sunday evening. Does anyone have any tips for making that as comfortable as possible?

pre colonoscopy advice
So to cut a long story short I have a
colonoscopy
booked for Monday afternoon which is some 3 weeks later than it should have been and I’m now crossing everything that there is still enough evidence visible to get a confirmed diagnosis and I’m hoping for some tips to help find the best way of making

I've agreed to a
colonoscopy
re the DD as the symptoms I experience is not necessarily related to the Pancreas. I will have a biopsy to see if it's microscopic colitis as I have RA. If so I would have 3 months treatment . Next is a fasting lipase blood test.

Help please
It was so bad I when crying to doctors and said I will even do a
colonoscopy
if I have to. I am 25 after all. They took samples, blood tests, breath tests, etc. Found nothing other than a lactose intolerance I never had before. However, once a month this keeps happening.

Tummy troubles and IVF
The only other thing they can offer me is a
colonoscopy
which I haven't been able to do because I'm always in IVF treatment or doing tests. The specialist thinks they will find nothing in a
colonoscopy
and therefore thought I should prioritise my IVF.

Endo diet and bowel symptoms
Although there was nothing sinister in the MRI she recommended a
colonoscopy
, which I'm in the process of arranging. I remember the endo diet helping before, but it was years ago, and I've never tried peppermint.

Colonoscopy tips?
Hi all, After having a successful lap in November, I was referred for a
Colonoscopy
which is now coming around in a few weeks. I was wondering if anyone could share any tips / advice, and let me know what your outcome was (good or bad) if you also have Endo and had to have one?

"Very low risk" of colon cancer, so surveillance is unnecessary?
What is beyond debate is that "the polyps at your last
colonoscopy
" were not "under 1 cm" (as the
colonoscopy
report confirms, and the report from 5 years previously adds emphasis).

Pressure in rectum
I spoke to my IBD nurse who has arranged a
colonoscopy
for 7th June and is also going to book me an MRI. Has anyone been suffering from rectal pressure? Could it be an abscess? I’m worrying about the
colonoscopy
as I don’t even know how they will do it at this point! Thank you for reading!

and then 3 weeks later Ct scan on colon. Both of these procedures I had to take bowel prep. So with in 3 weeks 2 lots of bowel prep. Now, nearly 3 weeks on I keep getting stomach pains and feeling nauseous. Anyone else had this?

I had my
colonoscopy
on 9th March but half way through it was aborted due to pain & an obstruction. I have just received another appointment for 23rd March . I’m so scared as I feel something is wrong.

Ongoing mucus issue ibs
Ive had a full
colonoscopy
done 14 months ago and was clear. Ct with contrast of small bowel and was clear except a focal constriction but was told it was ok. I went gluten dairy free and took 1 loperamide a day and things improved since last year with the odd episode.

Does IBD leave evidence?
Unfortunately they couldn’t complete the
colonoscopy
as I was in too much pain when they tried to view the final third despite increased sedation. Last Friday I had a follow up capsule
colonoscopy
to try and view the final section and I should get the results in about 2 weeks.

Hi Everyone, I'm new to this but so glad I found it. Thought I'd introduce myself....no point in holding back!
I had to use my little private Insurance Policy to get a
Colonoscopy
in January last year. I was told that the damage to my left descending Colon was extremely significant.
