Get worse before better?
One minute I’m completely exhausted, and the next I’ve got
chronic
nerve
pain
, then sweating following small exertions. It’s so wearing. I’m trying to stay positive. Dr K says all my levels are good, ferritin, folate and B12, I do need to keep working on my vitamin D, and it is rising slowly.

I’ve recently ( couple of weeks ago) been diagnosed with CLL waiting for bone marrow biopsy now as it’s not understood why I’m so poorly so no treatment yet until those biopsy results incase there’s more going on. I wanted to ask if anyone else isn’t comfortable or even refuses vaccines

an immobile mess
Firstly let me apologise the the lengthy post my mood is rock bottom right now and I need a safe space to air everything! I should also note I'm in the UK so a lot of the medical services are very different than what I would get quite easily in the US . I have suffered with bouts of lower back and hip

Swelling or numbness - is it a choice?
I posted a couple of months ago saying that I had numbness in both feet and tingling which I felt was due to the compression I was wearing: Class 2 tights plus Class 2 stockings. All the replies stated that I shouldn't be getting numbness and/ or pain and this was in keeping with what I believed as

SE from ADT and two natural remedies I always use. Anger=kava kava, insomnia=wild lettuce.
Hi fellow warriors, i am sharing this because after being an herbalist and wild medicine harvester there are two absolutely essential herbs i use to counter ADT side effects. Be advised I make my own so cost does not factor into how much or how often i take it. The most important is wild lettuce (
