Piriformous stretching
Hello everyone..Happy New Year!! I have an interesting way of getting my rls to stay away. I lay on my stomach with a pillow under my chest. Then just lay there and move your legs up and down. So that means push one leg towards the foot of the bed and the other towards headboard and slowly continue.

9 months on MTX, 5 months on Enbrel. Nothing is working.
I've tried the following drugs/remedies with absolutely no relief: LDN, prednizone, methotrexate, enbrel, lyrica, cymbalta, medical marijuana, restrictive diets,
chiropractic
, accupuncture, etc. Nothing helps. Being told by doctors to be patient is getting very old.

Constant headaches
Just wanted to see if anyone else has had the same symptoms and any advice. I’ve been having constant nagging headache for about 2 months on right side of head. I’ve been to neurologist who requested a brain MRI but insurance denied it. Neurologist wanted test to just relieve my anxiety. Since insurance

Chest of straw!
I am 61 years of age and have JME since 14, over 400 seizures, and born with a deformed chest, left breast about 1 1/2 higher at the sternum than the right, over the lungs, which does affect my general breathing. In February of this year I fell off an exercise bike while having a seizure, I hit a table

Good news
Soon I will be able to go back and run :) For now few more weeks of legs strengthening before I go out. And then, starting from around week 3, although chiropractor said to start from the scratch.

Could it be my body catching up with

POSTURE (BEND IN NECK)
I recently developed a bend in my neck which makes me have a stooped posture. This apparently seems to be common for people with PD. I have been doing neck exerciises religiously every day to try to reverse the problem, but without any success. Does anyone have any good suggestions on how this problem

Frozen shoulder
I have had frozen shoulder in both my shoulders for about a year now. The right one is due to calcified tendonitis and the left one is due to my short neck making my shoulder roll forward. I was also told my big chest does not help. It is most painful at night but also sometimes during the day if I

Hi, I've posted a few things on here in the last 8months, that's when I started feeling "not myself". My symptoms have changed throughout these few months, thus making people think that it's all in my head and anxiety! I do believe that I'm making myself worse, but the more pain I'm suffering and these
