Went to see a chiropractor
All I can say is this is the best thing I have ever done! My back pain has left me in bed for over a week ( I’m sure you’ve seen my other post) and I have suffered since I was 14/15 and I’m now 31! Iv had so many tests including and mri which showed no damage but the neurosurgeon said my pain was down

In need of advice for pelvic pain
I was wondering if anyone could offer me some advice. I’ve had pelvic pain for a few years now, I’ve tried physio (NHS and private), chiropractor, osteopath, had a MRI, tried various pain killers (codeine, nefopam, amitriptyline 10mg, 20mg and 25mg, gabapentin of various doses). Last year I had surgery

Hi, my names Paul, I’m 39 and find myself between a rock and a hard place. (apologies that this write up may be a little long & all over the place, but I hope you can read and make sense of what I’m trying to explain. I experience brain fog and a lot of confusion, so trying to write this has proved difficult

Wider area pelvic pain - vague!
HI, new to this forum. I have Ischial tuberosity (sit bone pane, but not bursa, it's like sitting on bone) and glute pain. Mainly down one side but not always by any means. This effects the lower back and feels horribly awkward and often painful to sit or walk etc. I cannot walk far or drive far etc

Chiropractor or Acupuncture?
Hello everyone, I would like to ask if any of you guys had found any relief in any of these treatments. I was diagnosed with RD more than a month ago and have been taking 7.5mg Methotrexate. Symptoms have been mild enough for me to stay active but one thing that has been bothering me since I started

Recently found out I might have fibromyalgia
I just joined this group a few minutes ago but would love the help. I was in a car accident in November and the pain was horrible after having two airbags hit me, but realizing 4 months later I’m still completely worn out by doing normal everyday things like working or playing with the dogs, when it

Sciatica? When 12 weeks pregnant...
Hi all, I had back problems last year (see my old post) & this forum was amazing, I now see a McTimoney Chiropractor & am doing even better than before. I am now pregnant. (13 weeks today!) Boy!! It’s slippery out there today!!
Had another
chiropractic
session on Friday morning and I think I’m nearly back to normal. The Pilates exercises for opening Hip Flexors and strengthening and lengthening Psoas seem to really be making a difference so I’m keeping up with doing those.

So much more at 54!
Wow! I can not believe it has been more than 1 and 1/2 yr that I have been here. I am truly living the best life I can despite PPMS! I have been on a mission to still do the things I love despite my limitations until I cannot do them anymore. I have been extremely busy with my sorority + I am a lay leader

And for the 3rd time... week2r2
I’ve also been going to a
chiropractic
who did lots of tiny adjustments to my lower back ( I couldn’t slump or arch my lower back but can now) and my hip ( which has helped considerably) and also my ankles.

Update on Homeopathic remedy success.
I have now been off Prednisone for 4 month. I started with 20 mg Pred. in March 2019. Beginning of August I was still taking 20mg and on the advise of my Homeopathic Doc, I started taking one little pellet of Causticum ( 6 pellets over time all together) and reduced Pred. 1 mg every 5 days or so. reducing

Afibs related to vagus nerve trigger
After couple visits to
Chiropractic
I think the afibs may actually be triggered by the impinged nerves or vagus nerve communication problems. I continue to hunt for the right cure. But after reading other Afib comments I am sure it is the vagus nerve as I cannot sleep on my right side.

Sore back
Saw the chiropractor on Friday, and I can walk & do Pilates for the next week, & then start off again steadily. Feeling abit frustrated by this, but know I need to look after myself.

Lupron, baking soda, low PSA
Zometa and lupron were so hard on my Dad that we decided to hold off on the next injection. Has been off both since Dec 10, the date he was scheduled for his next 3-month injection. On diagnosis, PSA was over 1k, he recovered from pneumonia in Oct and a 12-day stay in the icu. Once out of hospital, we

The mechanobiology of brain function - this may be the future
There are still many in the conventional medical world who claim that
chiropractic
treatment does not work as they cannot give a mechanism as to why it works using the medical model of how nerves work. Dr William J.

Xtandi , Peloton, and life.....
For the guys who like to exercise or the ones considering it bring in a Peloton..it is not a gimmick...you will not hang clothes on it....I had really no fatigue on Xtandi because of everything I was doing however I felt I could turn it up a notch...I wanted to use it a while before stating this is real
