Lower Back Pain
I have had chronic lower back pain for over 5 months now...and can hardly walk up steps or bend down to pick something up. I saw a chiropractor 3 times with no relief. Excedrin taken in the early afternoon is my only relief. Anyone else experiencing similar?

RLS cured
I suffered with RSL for years. I was prescribed Ropinrol and was up to the max dose but to no effect. I decided to come off them and suffered awful withdrawal symptoms. I managed to be free of them and one day was driving behind a bus when I saw an advert for a chiropractor. I decided to go for it. The

PAIN IN THE ARM (NOT IN THE KNEE)
Years ago when I was in college, when I was 22, I shattered my right arm learning how to jump the vault in PE. I jumped a perfect jump but the landing was a disaster with 2 complete breaks and about 15 cracks. I had surgery and a plate and 5 wood (!) screws in it. They are still there and caused me no

Twisted Pelvis
My problem started in early July. While working one day (I am a cleaner)I felt a pain in my lower right side back. As weeks went on the pain continued and also radiates to my front pelvis and feels at times like a period pain. I am taking over the counter medicines for pain. I have no pain in my legs

Can’t think of a title
The last run on our week 4 of Garmin 10k plan and we don’t know how we feel There was a guy running our track in the opposite direction, he was fast, focussed, didn’t nod smile or acknowledge anyone on his way round and boy he was fast We had decided running slow and trying to speed up wasn’t working

Herniated disc Preventing me from standing.
I was diagnosed with a herniated disc. I've been having back pain before and when I had it a couple years ago prednisone helped me. Now prednisone does nothing. I have had a shot in my back but that did not help me. I cannot stand. I've watched videos on YT which all say I need to stand up straight.

Way too hot for me!!
I showered and stretched and then my daughter asked me to pop up and help her sew masks ( she has a
chiropractic
appointment tomorrow). And it’s usually a 12 min walk -it took 20 mins today. 😳☹️. Oh well I have the rest of the day to relax now.

Life update
Life has been busy!! We are of the LDS (Mormon) faith and my son received his mission call to Ukraine/Moldova so I’ve been busy clothes shopping with him. It’s a lot of work buying everything you need for two years! Garden is growing great this year. I have had oodles of zucchini and cucumbers. Tomatoes

In praise of Ibrance and Letrozole
My initial right-breast cancer appeared (grew very quickly to the size of a grapefruit) in 1992. I had 6 courses of chemo, very extensive mastectomy, 34 radiation, then 6 more chemo. I was clear of what all doctors said would be terminal. Had lots of physical therapy and crying. 24 years later, in 2016

Icing on the IC
Chiropractor told me off. Apparently I should’ve brought my appointment forward, should’ve iced for more than 3 days and worn the compression sleeve for more than a week. Oops. Apparently it’s swollen but as I have fat knees I didn’t notice. The walking with a limp thing has made me a “wonky donkey”

EASY EXERCISES FOR TIGHT MUSCLES IN THE NECK AND OTHER PLACES
Having real issues with neck rigidity so want to share some great help I just found on the web. The rigidity was causing my neck to crack while OFF and thought I needed a chiropractor but it was muscles pulling on my neck bones. 😲 Some great exercises for PD/dystonia on YouTube called Smart XPD. One

Hi running people. I saw the McTimoney chiropractor last Monday and my knee problems were coming from my hips being OUT! So I agreed to rest after my treatment before trying to run. Well that was ok until Friday when I was on granny duties to my 2 1/2 year old grand son! Arr kneeling, lifting, being

My Polymyalgia journey so far
I am a 72yr old female who started with neck and shoulder pain in the spring of 2019 by June having difficulty sleeping due to pain. Went to doc's was told it was probably a little arthritis and to take Ibuprofen. I started to get pain in my ribs, unable to carry shopping, even sitting down was painful

Now what do I do?
UPDATE: Today was my follow up with my OB and she said the CT showed nothing. I mentioned to her the bloating and the fact I have gained 8 lbs since we started this all a month ago. And she thinks its gastrointestinal. I asked her if she was sure it wasn't cancer or anything and she said yes the CT would

First time a injury has stopped me.
I ran my 10 k about 6 weeks ago, since I have been rubbish, only able to do one reasonable 5k out of 3. However two weeks ago, getting out of my car, something happened to my knee. Since I have tried running, but I have decided to rest for a week and see a chiropractor. Oh how I’m missing my run this
