Just diagnosed with seronegative Arthritis
interesting 2 month journey, I am very blessed that I was diagnosed quickly, but the last 2 months have been excruciatingly painful and frightening as I suddenly found myself in hospital for 10 and now at home recuperating, being told by docs that my life is now 'over' as I know it and I need to be on

Is it normal to improve without treatment?
For about 10 weeks I've been getting treatment of
Celebrex
and Co-codamol for suspected sero-negative rheumatoid arthritis, still waiting to see a rheumatologist. I've not been able to walk properly since May, due to the pain in my feet.

Not sure if I actually have RA
In the meantime I am managing on
celebrex
and co-codamol, and have had a short course of steroids. I really don't know if I want the rheumatologist to agree with my gp or not. On the one hand, there would be a definitive diagnosis and hopefully some treatment that might help.

New to Fibromyalgia
Have self diagnosed myself with Fibromyalgia as doctor has given me
celebrex
and still have symptoms. I do believe that my problem is due to a nerve problem and not a rheumatic problem. Would appreciate any comments or advice. I am also very emotional at the moment.

Post operative IBS?
I have been taking
Celebrex
and a blood thinning medication, I was also prescribed a medication containing coedine which I didn't take because I know it can cause severe constipation. Is it possible that the anesthetic, all these medications and the relative inactivity could have brought on IBS?

How do i stop feeling confused and despaired
Celebrex
and tramadol aren't effective anymore for me. Does anyone have a situation similar to mine, I am on the 2nd packet of the OCP. Should i continue hoping to find relief or i need to look for an alternative medical approach?

Not sure what to do now
Even though I was quite vocal about my pain all he did med-wise was increase the
Celebrex
my PCP had put me on from 200 mg per day to 400 MG. It has done nothing! I can see my results on the patient portal, most of which I don't understand.

I'm new
She put me on
Celebrex
, which did nothing so she stopped that. I was scheduled to have a hip replacement in Jan. so I was unable to take anything before the surgery and 6 weeks after. The Dr. did put me on low dose prednisone, which I felt great on.

Possibly CMT
For the pain I got
celebrex
subscribed by my rheumy. I only use it for a few days and I don't get any relief yet. I believe I may have CMT but cannot match the thigh pain with it. In two weeks I'm visiting another neuro hoping he can and will offer me help.

Thigh swelling, Dr. ordered 20 mgs of medrol as part of treatment
Taking
celebrex
which helps. Have nurse, phys ther and occupational therapist coming to my apt during the week. Any ideas how to get this woman to stop with the instantaneous administering of 20 mgs of methylprednisolone everytime she sees me (I believe I am her only patient w GCA-). ----?
