Diltiazem for atrial fibrillation?
I am thinking of asking my cardiologist about Diltiazem (a
calcium
channel blocker) as an alternative, having seen on other threads that some get on well with it for a variety of heart issues in place of Bisoprolol. Does anyone find Diltiazem alone controls AF?

calcium

Doc said there's nowhere left to go
Potassium,
calcium
and phosphorus have all been critically low at times and I can't keep them up with supplements. My husband just turned 62. The doctor told him at the last appointment that he's not in good enough shape for more chemo. The arm lymphedema has made his right arm unusable.

Wiggly and wobbly legs from iron deficiency?
Anyone feel the RLS in their legs and everything, and then when you try to get up and move around you just feel too weak to keep standing? These past 2 days have been bad. I don’t know how to stop the restlessness. I was drifting in and out of sleep at around 11:30 PM, and every time I woke up I’d

feeling hopeless and anxious
i know i’ve been posting a lot and i’m sorry for that, but i’m just so depressed and anxious. the RLS has gotten worse in the last 2 weeks and all i have is gabapentin, valium, and some supplements. the soonest i can see a new neurologist is February, which is better than my original appointment in March

Amazing feat !!
Having been to several others before over the years, I was surprised when she told me, your small intestine is inflamed and your vitamin B12 and
calcium
are low. Armed with this information, I went back to the GP for more blood tests - all normal except gluten.

So sick
Calcium
builds up in the vessels. He too was sensitive to prescription meds like me. I miss him so. Can anyone on here give me an update on if you are still using nattokinase and or any thing along with it. And how you transitioned from the prescription meds to the natto or other alternatives.

vitamins online
I have been searching for vitamin-D tablets online for
calcium
deficiency. I am actually pretty skinny, so every time I hit somewhere, it hurts the bone pretty much more. So I searched online and saw it might be a vitamin deficiency. I came across plenty of websites, but there are quite a few.

Advice on diet, especially dairy, soya, wheat, and low GI diet
Re dairy, I saw a nutritionist recently who advocated some dairy in the diet, particularly as some dairy alternatives are not as low on the GI and also do not contain as much protein or
calcium
.... another book I have says to avoid dairy altogether..... same confusion with wheat.

Calcium
Anyway, my consultant now says I need combo vit d and
calcium
. Was fine on vit d only. Tried chewy
calcium
, developed itchy mouth. Now have tablets and have horrible taste in mouth and sore. If I stop them it goes. Not sure where to go with this one.
