Staying on Ibrance & Anastrozole after 2 recurrences
So for the month of September, no Ibrance - just Anastrozole while I received radiation at the recurrence site and also got a lung
biopsy
. The results were that the cancer was so not solid and there was not enough for molecular sequencing nor a ctDNA.

More worry
😟 Report from recent endoscopy appeared to be all good, however there was a "possible" Barretts Tongue seen and so
biopsy
has been taken to rule Barretts out.

Enlarged spleen and new findings on trephine biopsy
Thanks to all who commented on the speed of spleen enlargement. It seems like there is a large variety of experiences and hard to pinpoint exactly what sort of time it takes. I got my clinic letter today and the MDT meeting reviewed my original slides and also found” B-cell clonality “ as well as

another quick update
I am awaiting a CT
biopsy
which my haematologist has requested as she tells me it’s lymph nodes that are fused together? Please if anyone has anything to contribute about this I would very much appreciate it. I am really worried now and this latest revelation has really thrown me .

Unusual biopsie findings
I had a follow up yesterday and heard that the MDT meeting review my trephine
biopsy

Update re RA and associated Colitis
Yep it's colitis following colonoscopy
biopsy
results. They are of the impression it is microscopic colitis (associated to auto immune diseases) but not 100% sure. So the handle is unspecified colitis which is a common saying. Treatment is steroids.

Change in semen after biopsy
I had a 32 core
biopsy
6 months ago. After the horror show of blood spurting out for the first few weeks and then light brown/red semen for months after, the color has resolved. The consistency has not. It is watery and mostly clear. I am going in for a follow up
biopsy
in a few weeks.

My sister has a lump nearly 30 years after breast cancer
She’s having a
biopsy
tomorrow. What I want to know is if she had her under arm lymph nodes removed all those years ago, does that protect her this time. Can they grow back? Anyone experiencing similar? Or know someone?
