Baricitinib side effects
I have been taking
Baricitinib
since Jan this year and I have been experiencing a kind of rigidity and slowness to my body since taking this drug. I have never experienced this on any other medication I have had for RA.

Advice please
I’ve been on humira before and used to inject but wondered if this was the same, only this would be every week 😬😓 - it’s either that or
baricitinib
tablets that’s been offered.

Just a quick hello, I’m back!
I’m still taking
Baricitinib
and Azathioprine along with the usual cocktail of painkillers and steroids to get through but in general, pain apart, life is ok and still busy with my 3 boys and great softie of a dog! Looks like some family time is on the cards over the next few weeks...

NHS England guidelines during Coronavirus pandemic for RA patients
I took it upon myself to self isolate because I’m on
Baricitinib
, have high Bp and plaques in my arteries. I’ve also been on Prednisolone for 7 years without a break.

Hi I have been taking this medication for about six weeks now. I feel so bloated and am putting on a lot of weight. Has anyone else experienced this and can you lose weight whilst on this medication. Just feel so bloated all the time.

back on Humira
[the previous three years Humira worked well for me] In this time he has tried Simponi
Baricitinib
and Tocilizumab, The latter two giving me bad side effects and had to be stopped. Do you think Humira will work again after all this time [it has been the best Biologic drug for me in the past]

Please read the leaflets that come with any drugs you take, biologicals especially...
A word of warning to all you lovely people, always read the leaflet of any drugs you take as I am suffering the side effects of
Baricitinib
. I didn't read them as I put my trust in my rheumy team.

First chest infection on Baricitinib
Fingers crossed they work fast, I’ve never been off
Baricitinib
in the 2 years and I’m not sure how my RD is going to react. I’ve not felt this poorly in a long time but it’s put the cherry on the cake for this year.

OMG what a rotten day !!
I know it’s probably down to the weather and the fact I had to stop
baricitinib
two months ago because of two nasty virus infections. I’m currently taking 10mg of prednisone per day but that doesn’t seem to be helping much either.

After being on Methotextrate for10 years it’s not working for me any more. About to start on Baricitnib and feeling very apprehensive due to reading so many bad reviews. It seems there are so many side effects -nausea, weight gain, fatigue. Has anyone had a good experience on it?
