Tell me about your Sports Massage…did it help?🤔🤞
I had a check in with my physio today, as I recover from my upper hamstring
injury
. I am now
back
running 5K but not completely better and still feeling some tightness in my hip/glute area. My physio has suggested I have a sports massage, to see if some of this residual tightness can be released.

❓❓❓ Question of the week: What would you miss most about running if you had to stop? ❓❓❓
That switch of mental attitude really helped, and with time I was able to build
back
to where I was before. The
injury
ended up as a net gain for me-it forced me to address some weaknesses I didn’t know I had and I came back stronger (and faster!) as a bonus. So over to you!

Back to trace blood in urine again! I am at my lowest ebb yet.
Suspected disc
injury
in her
back
. She was sent to a specialist hospital in Cambridge we had to drive over an hour there and then back again. The stress and sorrow on leaving her there by herself was awful made doubly worse by the loss of Charlie only a month before.

Began running at 62
Took time out for an
injury
this summer (not running related), and I'm
back
going out again. Keep going you can do it. Best decision I've ever made!

SixPack Challenge, here I come!
The Stoke set of six routes from the team at SixPack Challenge came out only last year, and I remember being sorely tempted, but I was just training
back
from a stint on the
injury
couch. But this year I was ready! I had marked it in my diary. I was visiting this website repeatedly.

Do We Need Gait Analysis?
I forgot about it, running felt ok but then the discomfort hit
back
a week later. Being a former
injury
magnet I never hesitate to seek help hence I googled the best local sports physio (thank you so much Vitalis center in Zadar, Croatia).

spasms
I have been having very severe spasm and pain in both of my legs the past two nights, the worst I have experienced to date. I am on muscle relaxants and tramadol for pain and carbidopa/levodopa for Pakinson like symptoms, none of which helped 2 nights ago and I ended up falling hitting my back and

Back again Start from the beginning ??
I stopped due to a few niggly injuries followed by a recurrence of a
back
injury
which has taken 2 operations, weekly physio and lots of pain, but I’m in a good place finally.

reactive thrombocytosis, headache, hip pain, platlets 580x Esr 22 and pcr 7.7 hellllpppppp!
I have been having headaches for 8 weeks along with front hip pain (not sure if they are related) I had bloods taken and was given all normal apart from high platlets 580, ESR 22 and PCR 7.7. I am seeing haematology in March but I am desperate to get an idea what is going. My headaches are more annoying

Left atrial enlargement
Hello!I was wondering if anyone has experience of this. What can be done about it, is it reversible with optimal levo? For context, I have Hashi's, I'm 51 and currently experiencing another bout of terrible anxiety ( last time was 5 years ago). Tests have discovered the enlarged LA. I don't have any

🍁🍁🍁September Quest week 4 : Time to (pumpkin) Spice up your questing? 🍁🍁🍁
Perhaps you’re coming
back
from illness or
injury
and you’re wishing you were where you used to be. It could just be that you feel a bit stale doing similar things every week.

Interesting(and extremely painful)side effect from Parkinson's to be aware of.
Recently I sustained an
injury
to my lower
back
/hip area that was diagnosed as a strained QL muscle. My PT told me to slow down with my workouts and physical activities so I did but I continued to have extremely painful and debilitating spasms in the area of the injury.

Haven't updated for a few days, had done 2/3 runs for week 2 last week but had really bad DOMs in my quads from the gym so took a week of recovery to avoid
injury
, will be
back
at it again restarting week 2 tomorrow morning :)

Back to 90 minutes on day 18 of #SiRunStreak24
In between I was on the
injury
couch and had Covid (again...), coming
back
from both sloooowly. Today was also the first time someone shouted at me for running slower than they think they should.

Broke up with my boyfriend blues
He did not tell me that he had to go to the urgent care for his
back
. Then he drove to Marana, which aggravated his
injury
. He does not think. I yelled at him on the phone because I went to his work and had to find out from his coworkers that he was not there.

Anyone have experience of taking Imiquimod when taking hydroxycarbamide?
I don't post on here often but have now been diagnosed with VAIN2. I am currently being treated with hydroxycarbamide & low dose aspirin for JAK2 positive MPN (high platelets but treatment is currently keeping these within normal range). My gynaecologist wants me to start on imiquimod rather than any
