Hello Everyone, my son aged 14 years diagnosed with ADHD and taking this medicine 36 mgs at night at present, earlier he was on 18 mgs , his behaviour improved a little but he is still different from other kids, his activities slowed down a bit but attention is not there to do things like other kids

Success with Adderall dependence and changing medications?
I want to try to move to Modafinil with
atomoxetine
. I'll spare you the explanation why. But don't want to try to take high doses of those to make up for the Adderall Crash.

Extremely rare reaction to new batches of Meds ..! What's wrong?
My doctor suggested
atomoxetine
which of course did not worked and had terrible side effects. Maybe i am allergic to some filler? Well I don't think so personally, maybe lactose ? Maybe gut issues ?

Trying out L-dopa supplement
While much of my ADHD symptoms are improved by my medication (
atomoxetine
), I know that I still struggle. I've been listening to the Huberman Lab podcast for a couple of years now, and Dr. Huberman talks about various supplements.

ADHD medication affects hearing?
Hello, I am on 80 mg Straterra generic (
Atomoxetine
), been taking this for 1.5 months now. Titrated up to 80 mg bit by bit for the past few months. One thing I notice now with the 80 mg is that my hearing seems VERY alert. It's almost as if my ears were closed off and opened up all of a sudden.

Hello I'm new here, ADHD and English learner
I start to take
Atomoxetine
that gives me vomit feelings, stomachaches. I feel my brain is little calmer and stopped blame myself, but not so dramatically change. I have been taking for a month so far. It can be better later? It seems the pill takes long time to start affect.

Strattera/atomoxetine
My 15 yo son just began straterra/
atomoxetine
. How long has it taken for your body to get used to the medication? He is complaining he's so tired.

Question about stimulant medication efficacy
My psychiatrist has now prescribed me
Atomoxetine
which I'm reluctant to take as it takes a long time to work and hangs around in your system for a long time. If you've taken stimulant meds, do you feel they make an obvious difference?

Bupropion - has anyone had success on this for ADHD?
After failed trials on methylphenidate (worked wonders for three months, now my tolerance is insanely high), Vyvanse and
Atomoxetine
, my doctor is now seeing how I fare on bupropion/Wellbutrin.

Atomoxetine as medication choice
From the reading, I've done
Atomoxetine
seems to be a good alternative. Has anyone else had success with this? 2020 has kicked my behind and I'm looking for any assistance possible! Telehealth therapy doesn't always help as much as I would like.

I think I'm still technically undiagnosed, although the therapist I'm seeing currently doesn't think I have ADHD, the psychiatric NP attached to the practice thinks I'm probably right to suspect it and prescribed
atomoxetine
yesterday.
