Running can literally save your life !
A rather dramatic title, but In my case it was probably true ! Ok, so I now feel it is time to bring this out into the open. The Admin team know about this . Thank you to Oldfloss and MissUnderstanding for picking up the slack ! Only a handful of others have known about this And to the ones who

FET #4- embryo transfer done today
I am currently on oestradiol, prog supps and SC injection,
aspirin
, steroids, clexane and started intralipids two weeks prior to transfer. We are really putting all our energy into this and I am really tired from the medication. Let this be our turn 🤞 From, Worrier 🤣

Starting Besremi Next Week
So far, I have taken a daily
aspirin
and had a phlebotomy monthly. My HCT hovers around 48 and my platelets have been going up. The phlebotomy is not a solution and I have been told this by the oncologist; it's just a minor fix. The oncologist has prescribed me 50 mg of Besremi, at my request.

Tale of woe, sort of
I've been on ticagerol 90 and other meds (bisoprolol,
aspirin
, Losartan, etc) since my heart attack in May 2021, with second stent inserted via rotablation in Nov 2021. The surgeon said to continue the blood thinners for a year.

Recurrence of coronary artery spasm
Yet another trip to A&E. Fortunately spasm didn't result in increase in troponin levels so after monitoring me for entire day recommendation was to add isosorbide mononitrate to daily cocktail of drugs. I have three questions please: 1. Has anyone struggling with this condition found an ideal cocktail

Exercise exceeding Heart rate calculation
HiMy Rehab sessions have ended now. They calculated my heart rate with all the usual medication Ramipril Ticagrelor Bisoprolol Asprin Atorvastatin to be 120bpm. Now if I exceed that on exertion with exercise is that dangerous or ok. Opinions welcome. I did ask the question in the Rehab but they never

Rux and heartburn
I have been taking Rux for one year, prior to that Hydrea for two years, and
aspirin
for the three years. I have never in my life had heartburn before . It's worse after eating dairy but happens with nearly all food, also have a burning sensation when swallowing hot drinks.

As hunter had said to let you know. ....
I'm glad now I never went on to take
aspirin
as I had said. I did however have one that day and after trying to get in the doctors after Xmas and I couldn't I was told to see the pharmacist. He said I had done the right thing then just in case.

They changed him from warfarin to
aspirin
and found a difference. He has no regrets and been one heck of a journey, he’s half the size so will get him some home cooking inside of him. But most of all he’s on the mend giving me cheek and back annoying me.

A sprinkle of Christmas magic & a dash of hope 💫
I just wasn’t willing to accept that, I could see so many errors in each round & I pushed for progesterone testing, possible steroids, using
aspirin
but they just weren’t interested.

Lansoprazole and Omeprazole
I was initially prescribed 30 mg daily of Lansoprazole because of having to take daily
aspirin
which can cause problems because of excess acid production.

Applying for holiday insurance when on preventative drugs but not having angina
Has anyone had any experience with holiday insurance when on
aspirin
, statin and beta blockers as a preventative measure but not actually having angina? I have been checked and no condition was found but doctor suggested medicines as a preventative measure.

Am I at risk of having too much calcium in my blood?
I have two stents in my heart (2014) as a consequence I have to take daily
aspirin
to thin the blood. I was informed by my pharmacist not to take K2. It does warn people on the bottle not to take K2 if taking thinners.
