Umbilical endometriosis surgery scheduled for August 7th
I had an
appendectomy
and illeocectomy in march where the found endo gluing my appendix and intestines together. At that point is when they saw endo on my right ovary, my right diaphragm and a biopsy determined my umbilical endometriosis.

Has anyone had any good experiences with Citalopram (20mg) - for anxiety and stress...?
but since my
appendectomy
and suprise endo diagnosis I have been in constant pain - not helped by the amount of stress and stuff whirling round in my brain - to be honest I was kinda down before any of this happened, maybe my body knew there was something wrong!

So confused! Endo spotted during a lap appendectomy - waiting for gynae app but and I'm terrified...
Hi there :) Ok so, I'm 34, and was admitted to a&e 5 weeks ago with acute pain in my right side. They weren't sure what was up so said they wanted to do a laproscopy to take a look around - with the appendix coming out as routine. During the op they spotted 3 endo cysts and a 'bulky' left ovary - they

Is surgery too soon?
Surely my body will still be healing from the
appendectomy
. He said my risk for complications doubles with each operation. This will be my 3rd op in just under 2 years.

esophagectomy
( I also have three little scars from my cholecystectomy, one each from my
appendectomy
and hysterectomy, and a large skingrafted burn area, and an area where necrotic tissue has finally healed, but I know what they are!)

Just been diagnosed with endo
I'm 21 and was diagnosed with endometriosis when I had an emergency
appendectomy
2 weeks ago, I saw a gynae in december 2012 and they suspected I might have endo but referred me for a hysteroscopy that I didn't end up having as I slipped through the net.

Appendectomy recovery with APS
Hi there I've had APS since 1999, well that's when it was first diagnosed in any case. Three weeks ago I had surgery for appendicitis and I can't seem to get back on my feet. I feel okay but I keep getting this overwhelming fatigue which makes it hard to get up in the mornings and then I have to nap

Anyone have experience of endometriosis and appendicitis ?
During my
appendectomy
, the surgeon also discovered that I was suffering from endometriosis on my ovaries. The pain never went away and instead of decreasing over time, it began to increase. Recently I ended up back in A&E in tremendous pain. I was admitted to a gynae department.
