Inhibition of Cancer Stem Cells Promoted by Pimozide.
"Over the past years, studies have described that users of
antipsychotics

Begging for help
I’ve been on a combination of antidepressants and
antipsychotics
until recently. I’ve done a lot of work therapy wise, attended lots of groups and learnt a lot of tools to help myself.

I can only take on so much
She went to the police and attempted to get a restraining order stating I outright accused her of theft (which isnt even enough) Shes obviously unstable, I checked our pharmacy app and she has been off her mood stabilizers and
antipsychotics
since March.

I told the male doctor about the sleep/pee problem, and he started reducing the
antipsychotics
very quickly. The final dose, when I was off completely, was following instructions they had sent in an email. I was scared of what would happen. Still nothing for the crushing depression.

Osteoperosis in family, low vitamin D
Another thing worrying me is I have been prescribed an antipsychotic called Amisulpride and again come across that
antipsychotics
and some psychiatric meds can lower/deplete Vitamin D levels and affect bone density.

SSRI induced psychosis?
She was treated with various psychiatric medications, including other SSRIs and
antipsychotics
, and she became a suicidal, binge eating shadow of her former self. Luckily, after a year, an enlightened psychiatrist took her off all her psychiatric medications.

Unstable
In my opinion this medication is very dangerous and the fact that mine came with a packet of
antipsychotics
that make me binge feed, almost like a pig tells me the doctors already know the side effects. So guys looks like I'm going to become very inactive but sane.

Nuplazid and Clozaril Are Most Reliable Parkinson’s Psychosis Therapies
The
antipsychotics
Nuplazid (pimavanserin) and Clozaril (clozapine) are the only therapies shown to improve Parkinson’s disease psychosis (PDP) symptoms without impairing motor function, in double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trials, according to a review. https://parkinsonsnewstoday.com/2018/03

Coming off antipsychotic meds two years post PP
When did you come off your
antipsychotics
? Is it normal that I reach a point with just no energy? I realise having a toddler is phisically and mentally draining but I used to work with adults with challenging behaviour and have a tonne more energy!

How long did you all stay on your
antipsychotics
for and when you came off did you relapse hard? I know I am not myself because of the trauma and because of these drugs.

Antipsychotic Reaction
At age 21 I was put on
antipsychotics
for bipolar disorder which caused major obsessive thoughts on existence and wanting to hurt myself. I ended up in the hospital for a few days.

I need help deciding on medication
I’ve been offered to try Latuda or Prozac and lithium, because I’ve previously been on antidepressants, mood stabilisers and
antipsychotics
before and I get manic switch and I’m super sensitive to side effects. My G.P suggested I start with one med, that way I can see if it’s working or not.

What’s the best medication for PTSD and anxiety?
Mood stabilisers, antidepressants,
antipsychotics
. I finally got off them all after my weight was out of control and I was literally a walking zombie and just wanted to sleep and eat. That’s no existence. I vowed never to go back on medication.

Quetiapine and nocturia
Has anyone else had this issue on
antipsychotics
and found a way to deal with it? Is it safe to switch to a different anti-psychotic (I thought perhaps I can beg for that at my next appointment)?

A risk-free life is far from being a healthy life.
Cowhage can interact with other medications, including those taken for diabetes, antidepressants called MAOIs, and
antipsychotics
. It can also lower blood pressure. If you take medication for high blood pressure, you run the risk of your blood pressure dropping too low.

I have been sent away with antidepressants,
antipsychotics
, painkillers and my symptoms are now so bad they are depressing me when I should be happy getting married next year.

FYI: Ask About GeneSight - Genetic Test for Psychotropic Drug Reaction
It covers antidepressants, hypnotics,
antipsychotics
and mood stabilizers. I'm sharing here because after several years, multiple doctors & hospital affiliations, and numerous medications through trial and error, I just recently heard of GeneSight. My new doc offered it, and I jumped at it.
