I researched treatment for
anaemia
and found that iron is often given via an infusion. I have asked if he could be infused instead but they do seem reluctant and mentioned that it can cause anaphylaxis.

Curious why GPs are so reticent to support B12 symptoms
The doctor suggested B12 deficiency as my levels were low at 142, with no evidence of sign of PA (IF or megoblastic
anaemia
). Subsequently I discovered my mum and granny were hospitalised with B12 deficiency years ago. In June, I received a course of 6 x B12 injections and then nothing.

One of the most notable deaths that has occurred most probably as a consequence of Pernicious

my story
I didn’t look at my discharge notes at first but then I noticed on the comorbidities was Pernicious
Anaemia
so showed it my Doc who knew nothing about it but did finally investigate and that’s when I was told I could have injections or stay on tabs. So have opted for jabs instead of tabs.

But can’t do that if I just choose Xeloda straight up) But my question tonight it’s not about the treatment it’s about
anaemia
. Have any of you ever had
anaemia
? My oncologist told me she’d probably think about a blood transfusion if my haemoglobin count, got any lower.

B12 and Ferritin
The haematologist emphasised that there is no intrinsic link between the causes of B12D and ferritinD other than malabsorption , but that deficiency and the replacement of B12 will lead to ferritin being sucked up until there is little left, with subsequent

JFK - Kennedy and B12
Given the current coverage of the anniversary of the death of President Kennedy, it seems not unreasonable to post about his health issues - specifically the possibility of Pernicious
Anaemia
. This is a paragraph from near the end of the article.

What type of consultant is able to help with P.A.
if you do suspect you have pernicious
Anaemia
, and the GP is willing to accept the possibility, what is the best type of consultant to see. Gastroenterologist or immunologist? Or other. I am willing to pay private if that is what it takes to get some answers.

I have health anxiety and have recently been diagnosed as borderline
anaemia
which has set off alarm bells for having something serious to cause this. I have blurred vision right now which is frightening. Does anyone get blurred vision very bad? I feel faint with anxiety. I feel l can’t cope.
