Vitamin B6 vs B6 as P5P
I am having problems finding a B complex to take. I am trying to find a supplement that only has 10mg of B6, has no iron included in the mix and no Methylfolate (folic is okay). I have one which I started to take which has P5P B6 50mg, but have been advised this is too much and should only contain

Does the pill have the same effect as the injection?
I saw your information in PERNICIOUS

Iron Infusions
Hi all, just wondering if anyone in this group has ever had an iron infusion? When I was first diagnosed with my B12 deficiency, they also found that my vitamin D was deficient and my iron was only just in normal. Vitamin D is now fine on the daily tablets, but I've been struggling for about 18 months

Evening primrose oil and hashimotos
Hi, Does anyone know if there are any reasons to avoid taking evening primrose oil if you have hashimotos and take levothyroxine? Suffering with fibrocystic breast pain and have been told previously by GP that evening primrose oil can help with that, but wouldn't want to cause any issues to my thyroid

Low Iron
Hi guys! Like suggested lve done my full Iron panel! Could you please recommend the best dietary iron sources, except for liver pâté, which I'm already aware of? Also, if I'm unable to eat enough iron daily, are there any highly absorbable iron supplements you could recommend? I've been taking Spatone

T3 and magnesium / electrolyte supplements: I messed up, but is it just the supplements to blame?
I have been on the same dose of T4 and T3 for the last 7 months ( T4: 82mcg and T3:22.5 mcg). I was then diagnosed with ADHD end of April and started taking Lisdexamfetamine plus electrolyte supplements. (Magnesium citrate, plus : Electrolyte complex - Ingredients: Calcium salts of orthophosphoric

Help Interpreting Results
I was wondering if the same has happened with pernicious

antibodies as my b12 results seem normal despite not having supplemented for a long time. Does this mean I don’t need to self inject now? Doctors stopped my injections a long time ago.
