Usual life-cycle of the dreaded disease named Diabetes as understood by me.
Most persons think & propagate that Diabetes is a syndrome and not a disease. I totally disagree with it. Blood Sugar escalation is only the symptom of Diabetes; disease belongs to Pancreas (to be more precise Beta-cells). Effect of Diabetes on subsystems &/or components of human body: PRIMARY: (usually

Crps after knee replacement. Should I amputate
Before I had my knee replaced I was running and climbing and being very active but now having CRPS and not being able to even go for a hike or walk very far so I was wanting to no what you guys think about amputating ! If I had my leg amputated would I be able to get a fake leg that I could then run

Vegan Diets May Also Help Ease Nerve Pain of Diabetes Sufferers
A low-fat eating plan that contains fresh veggies, beans, whole grains and other plant foods might relieve nerve pain associated with type 2 diabetes and could ultimately reduce patients’ likelihood of losing a limb to the disease, say findings from a small pilot study published in the journal Nutrition

Was John Logie Baird hypothyroid?
If it was left untreated it could result in
amputation
. The Baird Undersock promised to keep the feet of soldiers in perfect health. His marketing of the product contained what he claimed to be "testimonials" from soldiers serving on the western front. One from Corporal H.G.

The hormone, called betatrophin
The hormone, called betatrophin, causes mice to produce insulin-secreting pancreatic beta cells at up to 30 times the normal rate. The new beta cells only produce insulin when called for by the body, offering the potential for the natural regulation of insulin and a great reduction in the complications

Lupus Anticoagulant! "CURIOUS"
I was looking to chat with someone who has Lupus anticoagulant. I have recently lost my leg after having 6 amputations due to the Lupus attacking my vascular system, and had a triple bypass. What are your symptoms?
