Ramipril reaction
Ramipril can cause serious stomach problems. I was suffering for years until eventually I had to go to A & E with an allergic reaction which the A & E consultant identified as a reaction to Ramipril. Sure enough when I stopped Ramipril and replaced it with Amlodipine all my stomach problems were a thing

I have paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and I take Bisoprolol 10mg, Ramipril 7.5mg, Amlodipine 5mg, Atorvastatin 10mg and Warfarin. My GP wants to add a diuretic as my blood pressure has been going up over the last few months but I have read that diuretics can alter the electrolyte balance particularly

AF ....
Am 83 and have had heart surgery (bypass) 20 years ago. 3 years ago started taking warfarin 3.1/2 mg dailey. Also take bisoprolol and amlodipine with Lipitor at night. My problem is a feeling I might fall or faint caused by a momentary pause in heart rhythm. Or a missed beat. Told by my GP after tests

Pomegranate Juice
I copied the following from the MedlinePlus website. Sorry for the long post but I thought some might find it interesting that one juice can impact so many things. How can anyone know what drugs or supplements really do to each of us since we are all physically different, eat differently, etc.? I

Hello, I would like to find out what are the side effects of taking Amlodipine tablets for blood pressure. Have you experienced any tiredness, loss of libido, back pain, etc? What are your experiences in taking these tabs for a long time. Any help or remedies to overcome these side effects?

I am still talking myself up to taking the increased dose of Sotalol, is anyone else on this much Sotalol

cholesterol - a test - stopping taking thyroid!
I thought I was having a stroke! I took my blood pressure - 220/125 - just about freaked out. See the GP - checked BP history from about 8 months ago it was OK - why the change? I had a strange sensation in rt arm and right face. I exercise, every morning, gave it really hard work out this morning
