Topiramate to Amitriptyline/Chronic migraines
Finally saw the specialist at the hospital yesterday,he confirmed my headaches as chronic migraines also trigeminal neuralgia. He wants me off the dreaded 200 mg of topiramate (thank goodness) but to start me on 10 mg of
amitriptyline
gradually building it up over time.

Blood,Sweat, and Tears.
The
amitriptyline
he added three months ago has allowed me to taper. I'm only needing 15mg of that. He told me GCA patients experience symptoms and recovery in varying degrees: nothing is uniform across the board for all patients.

Adhesions/Endo pain returns ten years on from full hysterectomy - HELP!
Once again, my bowel is seriously compromised but I have been told there are no other surgical options and the pain relief (co-dydramol and
amitriptyline
) are not touching the pain.

Has anyone tried
Amitriptyline
for sciatica? I was taking 60mg at night. It helped me sleep but did nothing for the pain. I can't see the point of taking a drug as a sleeping pill so have tried to reduce the dosage gradually. I'm now down to 25mg over a couple of weeks.

switching to injection
in the end my consultant has suggested 10mg of
amitriptyline
and some sleep calming apps (which i have tried before and haven’t worked) i was wondering if these injections would make me feel a little better or if it’s something else?

Gabapentin to pregabalin?
Main reason is the gabapentin did have some effect, and was better than
amitriptyline
, but pain is now causing me problems at work, and i think the gabapentin might also be giving me some vision problems.

Diagnosis
I am already on hydroxychloraquine for my arthritis & low dose
amitriptyline
for fatigue I have been on those drugs for many years! Also could first degree heart block be caused by long term low B12 levels? I am due to see a cardiologist on 16th of December about this finding.

Let's talk about temper and nerves....anyone experiencing problems in the evening while on Prednisone and Amitriptyline?
I'm wondering if I should reduce/increase the
amitriptyline
. Perhaps this is still prednisone doing a job on my mental processes. Thanks all!

Loestrin 30...and a bit more! (excision surgery/fibro)
At my last appointment they prescribed me arcoxia 60mg then increase to 90mg neither of which have given me any relief. in the appointment she discussed putting me on a nerve drug like
amitriptyline
yet when i left and looked at my prescription it was the arcixia, not a nerve drug!

Is 145mcg or 72mcg Linaclotide available in the UK?
I am loathe to give it up due to the pain relief I am getting and I haven’t been able to tolerate
amitriptyline
or gabapentin. I am having to renew my 290mcg prescription this week. Any ideas?

In what conditions (other than Hasimotos) are TG Antibodies raised (but TPO AB's are not)? Also results interpretation please.
I have since however experienced a relapse of mental health symptoms, triggered by possibly 1) a chronic lack of sleep, 2) the changing seasons and lack of light, 3) GP prescribing
amitriptyline
in July 2019 for Fibro symptoms (may have destabilised me; this was discontinued after 8 weeks because I thought
