Anyone currently on gabapentin…
my pain management consultant has suggested pairing gabapentin with either
amitriptyline
or duloxetine to get the best out of both pain killers. They have synergistic qualities when together.. is anyone currently on a these or have any experience with it? Looking for any advice or feedback please?

Has anyone tried Nortriptyline?
I have read that the older TCA’s as in
Amitriptyline
or Nortriptyline are good for the gut/brain issues and are slightly more constipating. I have heard that Nortriptyline is better tolerated? Has anyone had any success with either of these meds?

RLS - Pramipexole and CBD oil
After many different medications I remained on
Amitriptyline
for years. My RLS became much worse earlier this year with severe jerking and very little sleep again. My GP put me on Pramipexole, to be increase from 1 to 3, as needed.

Vulvodynia - Sleeping disruption
I have been diagnosed with vulvodynia and I've been taking
Amitriptyline
10mg at 10pm in the evening. I can cope during the day as long as I don't stay on my feet for too long a period of time as I can feel it more. My main problem is at night when I wake in the early hours and the pain is worse.

Other recommendations for management of endometriosis?
I have some removed and it has since been managed with the desogestral pill (the one where you don’t take breaks) and
amitriptyline
. I have started bleeding 2-3 weeks a month again and the pain is getting worse again.

Want to come off Amitriptyline - Help!
I have been on
amitriptyline
for 10+ years now. I am 31. I have always struggled with severe migraines growing up so at 20 they put me on
amitriptyline
- 2 x tablets a night. Straight away, worked wonders.

I have RA and fibromyalgia and take hydrox, methotrexate &
amitriptyline
. Like many of you my condition causes my blood ‘stores’ to get low. (I’m told this isn’t the same as anaemia but it does make me feel pretty rubbish when they get really low!?).

On a rollercoaster of emotions
I’m on Zoloft and
amitriptyline
but I don’t think they are working. I’ve never experienced anger like this before and it hurts. Either I have intense anger or I’m crying.

Confused
The Medication I take is Thyroxine for Hypothyroidism, Flutiform for very mild Asthma and
Amitriptyline
10mg one a night. The only other thing to add is that I am a 61 year old Menopausal woman. I was hoping to start taking HRT again following the outcome of the Ablation procedure.
