Mitral valve repair
Hello
allI
would like advice or information from anyone who has been through this. I've had mild to moderate mitral regurgitation for 30 years with no symptoms. However last couple of years things have worsened.

Vitamins
Hi
allI
posted here last week my vitamin test results from medichecks. My active B12 and folate were low so as per advice on the forum I have held off supplementing until my GP tests for pernicious anaemia. My mother had PA and I certainly do have some symptoms of B12 deficiency.

Advice on metavive or hrt
Hi
allI
just wanted to ask whether anyone has had good results with metavive? Or whether hrt is the way to go. I've just had review with nhs endocrinologist. I've been on 100 t4 and 15 t3 since December last year.

Blood test results, guidance before phonecall with GP
Hi
allI
hoped you could help have a look at my most recent bloods taken at GP surgery please? These are the repeat bloods done at GPs request after saying my antibodies were high, they didn't want to be over treating me but then they couldn't find my results.

Health anxiety on overload
Hi
allI
posted a while ago my runny twitchy eye. It's stopped running but I still have the twitching sensation when I try to sleep at night, I don't have it any other time of day, unless I close my eyes! So I also had a twitch on my arm but that's gone now.

Fibro and COVID
Hi
allI
have suffered with fibro since 2012 after my right hip was replaced. It has varied a bit in how debilitating it has been for me. Unfortunately I was walloped by the Milanese variant of Covid when the whole Covid nightmare kicked off in Europe in earnest.
