Don’t know what’s up...
This past year I’ve been getting headaches once a month whereas I used to never get them. Then over the last couple of months, I’ve been getting them almost every other day, getting tired really quickly, having trouble focusing, and just overall don’t want to do anything. I’ve seen the doctor twice,

Here to stay
I just keep hoping the fibro will go away. Guess not. Lately my whole back and chest just burn. Especially if used those muscles in my gentle yoga. And wearing a bra is awful. Anyone also have this and any help is great. I just take Advil and kratom. Happy Fathers Day to all you dad and big fibro hugs

I’m new to this forum stuff but I’m hoping there’s someone out there with advice. I’m 35 and have had horrible periods ever since I can remember. I’ve been on various forms of birth control but I don’t like the effects hormones give me. I get really depressed and already have a history of that. I’ve

My first run outside and I’m told to watch out for bears. (!!)
I was supposed to do W4R2 yesterday. My partner B. and I took yesterday off so we could go to upstate New York to visit friends for a long weekend. I was going to do my run first thing in the morning, but a last-minute crisis at work came up. I canceled my run in favor of a timely departure. We made

just need to complain about experience at gyno
So I finally had an appointment with a gynecologist, after waiting since January for this specific one because my mom has seen her and thought she was great. I was told: I am not convinced your symptoms are gynacological If the pill doesn't work for you for 3 months at a time just stop trying to take

Living with asthma is the hardest thing I face on a daily basis.
See, I know that if I had
Advair
, I don't require my rescue inhaler not my nebulizer. My asthma is uncontrolled and no one seems to want to help me.

Preventative medication
He has tried

HFA, Flovent, and Qvar. He is currently on
Advair
diskus. Can anyone help make a suggestion that I could present to his Pulminary Dr. He is very active but is becoming depressed over the fact that his asthma keeps making him miss out on things.
