Help
I was prescribed to seraquil and the moment it kicked in, so did my
adrenaline
and I would freak out. It got to the point where I went to see my doctor because I don’t understand why taking any kind of sleeping supplement makes me panic.

New to this, old to panic/anxiety
I think I have a phobia about my health or dying, and I feel so in tune to my body, so I feel every palpitation, weird pain, ache, whatever it is. then it takes my breath, and I get the
adrenaline
rush and get hot and tingly, then I worry my heart is just gonna stop or I'm gonna go into vtach!

New shoes and a recovery run
I have stuck with Brooks
Adrenaline
again as I had no complaints. As it is my first run since Sunday I decided to take them on a nice comfortable 3k for their maiden voyage. Anyone else find recovery after a HM a struggle? I seem to have misplaced my earphones too, so it was a naked run for me.

My experience of the Mirena IUD and Mirena Crash - please read if you are considering having the coil, or are about to have it removed
Hey everyone, I hope you're all having as pain-free a day as possible. I thought I would write a post dedicated to my experience with the Mirena, as if I had seen something like this before I got mine I could have saved years of trouble and wouldn't be in the position I am now with the dreaded crash

Control and Treatment of SIBO and IBS
Hello, this is my general response to help people find a baseline. First, go to the doctors and get yourself checked for intestinal infections, and whatever other tests they want to do. Most people find they are all clear, and that IBS is a condition brought on by our modern diet, freely accessible

Can an
adrenaline
shot in local anesthetic cause your thyroid to go hyperthyroid? Any solutions for brain fog/ tremor? Is it worth going to see someone privately?

Possible HCM and very anxious
I have no symptoms other than a recent occasional palpation that feels like a heart flutter or skipped beat, followed by a massive
adrenaline
rush and panic. This began a few months ago while I was on antidepressants for my anxiety. I am now off meds but I still get this occasionally.

non-compensatory ectopic beats?? Extremely worried!..
I was just sitting down relaxing, and out of nowhere my heart just began racing extremely fast, it felt like someone kicked me in the chest, I panicked, took several deep breaths and began to move around, and after 5-10 seconds I felt normal fast sinus rhythm again (I'm guessing fast because of the

Your Gut’s Effect on Your Mind
In this case, your brain and body release stress hormones such as
adrenaline
and cortisol, which communicate with the nerves in your gut brain and can cause stomach upset, bloating, and diarrhea.

Weird sensation when falling to sleep
Hi, when trying to sleep, it seems like I keep getting an
adrenaline
rush just as I'm about to fall asleep which makes me feel weird it's hard to explain the sensation almost floaty and out of body, sometimes feels like my heart isn't beating other times that it's beating to fast.

Nervous tension advise
I assume it's
adrenaline
because during my workouts I feel normal again, I even start thinking positive thoughts. The feeling is getting intense and a bit out of control. Is this a sign my condition is getting worse? I used to have a break from this during certain parts of the day.
