Effect of Vitamins on Acetylcholine Synthesis
The effect of vitamins on acetylcholine synthesis in vitro was studied. The results indicated that vitamins A and K decreased the synthesis of acetylcholinc in low and increasing concentrations. Vitamin D did not affect the synthesis in low concentrations and decreased it in higher concentrations. Riboflavin

Triggers
Just wondering if anyone has the same anxiety triggers I do? I feel like no one else has so many and I feel like a loser. 1. Getting a hair color in a salon. I can do it at home, but if I'm in a Salon I'm convinced I'm having an allergic reaction. 2. The dentist. My heart rate skyrockets from the epinephrine

Thoughts and ectopic
Can thoughts alone bring on
adrenaline
? I’ve been to the hospital few times with ectopic heart beats and I’ve been told they are normal and that I have anxiety.

Consolidation 5: Parkrun 1
I was swept up in the
adrenaline
of the event and ended up going too quickly for the first half. I really paid for that in the second half. 4. Enjoy it. It’s a glorious event. Just be part of the experience and feel good about the run. Forget about getting a good time and don’t see it as a race.

Cortisol and ACTH low? I'm so confused now.
I end up with
adrenaline
rushes and feeling over medicated (even though I am not). After some very chaotic cortisol results. High and low for the past few years.

Constantly feeling like I've got adrenaline flowing through me from the moment I wake up
Hi, I've got a really weird feeling of
adrenaline
all the time no matter what I'm doing, it started when I was falling asleep before but now it seems always to be there, I've had blood tests, ECG, chest x-ray from my Dr but everything came back normal, I've tried CBT in the past didn't really help me

PVCs during exercise
I do have anxiety and I just wondered if it’s due to the increase in
adrenaline
that’s pumping while I’m working out. I had no other symptoms no chest pain or shortness of breath. Can anyone relate?????😞

Waves of sadness?
but like feeling like shit about myself and not wanting to move or see anyone or do anything, normally I’d wake up feeling like that, but it would last a day or two, I have terrible anxiety, but I’ve been having this weird feeling I never felt before, like when you have a panic attack that wave of

Amino acids and creatine
Yes I take creatine (5g day) and several amino acids (all 21 if possible). All of the above are very good for optimum muscle performance, especially recovery. Some amino acids are needed for cellular functions and brain health. No doctor will tell you this. You have to find out yourself. Lots of good

Scared / Zoloft withdrawals!?
I just finished biking almost 5 miles at the gym and got this intense
adrenaline
rush that made me feel depressed?? I’m freaking out. I never feel like this. Can somebody please give me reassurance that this is withdrawals from Zoloft? I’m so so scared.

Question about adrenal function and Thyroid
Adrenal glands produce
adrenaline
and corticosteroids 4.
Adrenaline
is the "Fight or flight" hormone that increases metabolism, makes the heart beat faster, blood vessels to the muscles dilate etc, while suppressing activity of non vital processes such as digestion.

Still not feeling good
Mild
adrenaline
swirling on and off. What the heck, I thought was doing so well ☹️ I cancelled the appointment I had, as I just couldnt go. Tops of my arms are still a little shaky on and off. It all seems worse as soon as Im indoors. I cant keep walking round the corner every 15/20 mins.

Adrenal insufficiency?
I'm dropping from 1.5mg to 1mg and I'm feeling fine... Working full time and doing lots of walking when time permits. My question is this... I'm suspecting my adrenal glands are working okay, so would it hurt to join my husband on Europe's longest zipwire ride? I so want to do it, but don't want to

Magic run 3: Parkrun 3
Good morning. My third Magic Plan run was also my third Parkrun. Definitely a case of third time lucky. It was a glorious day – perhaps TOO glorious, as it was the hottest conditions in which I’ve run since I started in late February. But a lovely blue sky was a joy to behold after a month of unrelenting

Question - how long can I expect trainers to last?
Bought some Brooks
Adrenaline
in mid-Jan. Have used them to work through C25k and consolidation so fairly low mileage and only about 5 months of wear. But they are beginning to fall apart... the upper is coming away from the lower at the toe... can't see them surviving the month!

It’s that feeling in the chest, it’s tight and then
adrenaline
rushes through it giving that fear feeling. I’m indoors again. I do hate coming back indoors, sometimes feels like when I open the door and go in it’s all waiting for me.

Odd Experience with Zytiga
It's almost as if my body decided to cut way back on
adrenaline
production. Just wondering if anybody out there has had a similar "backwards side effect" experience.
