Re-introduction and leaving work
One of the things that being off of work taught me is that, while my high stress and pressure job most certainly contributed to the severity of the panic (and the following exhaustion of 10 straight hours of
adrenaline
and cortisol running through me and the dread of a daily repeat), the job itself was

Anyone else experienced reduced or totally symptom free during a very stressful time?
I even joked with my neuro physio that I need to be super stressed or high on
adrenaline
to be ok. Then when everything was going well work calmed down I found a new job where my family and friends would see me more as the rota was less gruelling and it was a good step in my nursing career.

Thank-you to all who responded to my post in July. Stress=Cortisol; too much pain to even think, but things are improving & this is why...
Stress is a killer - we all know it. I am hashimoto's. I have adrenal fatigue and I have a diagnosis of fibromyalgia. I have 17 known food intolerances. Posture and seating for me are vital, as is sleep!...this is what happened to me... The medical profession discusses 'stress' everywhere, but just how

Lucky with my Atrial Fibrillation
About 20 years ago I had palpitations (in my case heart rate up to about 220 for a minute or two) - a few episodes with no obvious trigger - I felt otherwise fine, just like a strange, out-of-place rush of
adrenaline
with no cause for it.

Knocks on my door
Rosie and I had quite the
adrenaline
rush. She barked at the front door while I crept out the side with my Louisville slugger and railroad stake. I went around the back of my house to see who was there but they had gotten in a truck and left. Rosie and I stayed awake all night from the

Restless Legs syndrome helped by adrenaline
I’m certain that Restless Legs Syndrome is made worse by inflammation and that
adrenaline
reduces this and calms it all down

Where do I find an Endocrinologist who will help me with my adrenal issues?
I know from advice I have had from you lovely people that I am undermedicated but even trying to raise my levo by 6.5 mcg is causing me severe
adrenaline
problems. It only happens when my stress levels are up. I just can't cope first thing in the morning or through the night.

Mild anxiety and breathless today
I don’t know if it’s mild
adrenaline
or just the slight anxiety that’s made me breathless, I’m quite tired today and it’s been warm and humid, that doesn’t help.

Realization
I could feel the “fight or flight”
adrenaline
taking over my body. As I began to gather myself to get up and flee, it occurred to me that the testimonial playing out in the background of my anxious episode was a mother tearfully recounting the overdose death of her child.

Sleeping problems
It feels like if I give in I WILL die, so a shit ton of
adrenaline
pumps through my body and I jolt out of bed trying to catch my breath.

Adrenalin surge
Hello, I have come to the conclusion that my rather sudden problems with raised blood problems are a side effect of a rush of adrenolin. I stopped citalopram due to ectopic heart beats but now I get sudden hot flushes, night sweats and my blood pressure shoots up. It's a bit like a panic attack for

Bisraprol to metoprolol
I have been on Bisraprol for 6 months since my SVT since I have been on them I have been having these attacks on the left side of chest almost feels like an
adrenaline
release that’s last for a minute and make my heart beats fast for a minute or so.

Perpetual fatigue/fog continues to affect entire life!
For example, caffeine’s effect, sex drive, post-workout
adrenaline
and endorphins, getting plenty of sleep, etc. I can sort of FEEL all these things for the most part, but it feels hidden and pushed down from this utter exhaustion. It’s like nothing can surpass the fatigue and fog.
