Does anyone have any feedback on Wegener's Gramgranulomatosis?
I have Wegener's and it has primarily affected my eyes and lungs. I've been on rituximab and 25mg methotrexate for two years but I have a host of issues from taking the rituximab.

Really painful IBS?
I have had IBS on and off for about 4 years but never this bad it's usually either constpiation or diarrhea without too much pain. I first started getting pain in my lower abdomen, Thursday afternoon but it was manageable. Today I haven't even been able to get out of bed with the pain, it does get

Zanu treatment
Hey y’all, Almost 3 weeks of Zanu. Bloodwork is “as expected “ for first line treatment, WBC 220 and Hemo 9. Feeling pretty good, most lymph node pain gone, more energy! Still have manageable side effects, diarrhea, nausea. Feeling really good about this treatment! Have a great day🤗

DVLA eye test result
Two days ago I posted about waiting for my result of my eye test and was anxious it would drag on. On the 13th December I went to see my consultant, I made it obvious I was not happy with the lack of support during and after covid and that I knew my eyesight had deteriorated because of it. Two weeks

Hand grip training for lowering blood pressure?
Good morning all you helpful people. I’ve just heard a fascinating thing on the Zoe podcast, about hand grip strength and high blood pressure. Apparently, using a hand-held device to strengthen your hand grip over several weeks can effectively lower your blood pressure. I’ve had a look online, and it

pelvic varices
hi. I’m a 62 year old of 5 children. Salad - Good apparantly
I have IBS for years and its been behaving recently and an IBD. I have noticed in the last 6 months or more I am bloated from a basic salad, containing tomatoes, cucumber, peppers and lettace or spinach with chicken or chickpeas (home cooked). Has anyone else had any irritation from salad before?

Recommendations for overcoming dizzy episodes?
I have Tinnitus and Pulsatile tinnitus, since summer have had intermittent muffled ears, bit of dizziness. Past 3 weeks have had 24/7 clogged muffled ears like I've got my entire head wrapped in cotton wool and then in a box. What as really hit me hard is the swoosh of dizziness that suddenly hits
