Development of the world's first digital model of a cancer cell
The computer model, developed under the lead management of researchers at TU Graz, simulates the cyclical changes in the membrane potential of a cancer cell using the example of human lung
adenocarcinoma
and opens up completely new avenues in cancer research.

Changing horses, Enzalutamide to Abiraterone(Zytiga)
New activity is likely the old
adenocarcinoma
which has found a "work around" after 10 plus years of ADT and Enzalutamide not working to block AR receptors. So we made a decision to start on Abiraterone/prednisone now while continuing on Lupron. So far tolerating the new drugs and labs are okay.

SBRT or LDR Brachytherapy Treatment Options for 54 Year Old w/GG2 Diagnosis
My pathology results revealed a total of 3 of 13 cores positive for prostate
adenocarcinoma
, 2 of which were 3+3=6, 5% of core each, but one of these cores was 3+4=7, involving 15% of the core. Scheduled for a fusion biopsy next week. Oncotype DX put me right in the middle of the risk assessment.

PSA production
I am on Active Surveillance for Gleason 6, two cores with 80%
adenocarcinoma
, PIRADS 4. Last PSA 6. If I take a supplement such as curcumin for example and it lowers my PSA, is it perhaps masking the changes that could occur regarding the cancer cells? Thanks Ian

Treatment for recurrent oesophageal cancer
I'm 44 years old, 2 years post Ivor Lewis for
adenocarcinoma
and now residual disease has been detected outside the oesophagus (likely a lypmph node) that is starting to invade back into the oesophagus from the outside inward. Anyone had recurrence of oesophageal cancer?
