When Active Surveillance is not Active
Who diligently performed Active Surveillance protocol for my diagnosis of a Gleason 6
adenocarcinoma
. Anyway you would have thought by this GP response to my request that I was asking him for half of his weekly earnings.

What does recent biopsy mean positive for NKX3.1?
Results reveal tumor cells in iliac node positive for NKX 3.1 while INSM1 & synaptophysin "show very rare positive cells." and
adenocarcinoma
in one lung. A chromogranin A test shows an upward trend, from 52 (9/20) to 86 (11/21). We're meeting with his oncologist tomorrow.

HRT and Ovarian Cancer
Stage 1c endometriod
adenocarcinoma
at the age of 41. I was told I wasn't allowed HRT and assumed they meant forever.. so I figured out ways to help my body get through the menopause. Now just over a year later I'm doing great.

Surgeon says I'm intermediate risk, but I think I'm high risk based on the pathology report below
Prostate and seminal vesicles, prostatectomy: - Prostatic
adenocarcinoma
, Gleason's score 7 (4+3) [Grade Group 3]. - The
adenocarcinoma
invades into thick intersecting smooth muscle bundles at the right base, consistent with bladder neck invasion. - Lymphovascular invasion is not identified.

What kind timeline are we looking at?
He underwent a transrectal ultrasound-guided biopsy of his prostate gland which showed prostate
adenocarcinoma
. He also had left iliac lymph node biopsy consistent with poorly differentiated
adenocarcinoma
with prostate primary. This was followed by CT scan of the abdomen and bone scan.

I have stage 4 NSCLC
Adenocarcinoma
lung cancer. I also have developed what is known as Tracheobronchomalacia (TBM). This is a rare condition that occurs when the walls of the airway are weak, which can cause the airway to become narrow or collapse.
