Low AMH - successful IVF
I spoke to my best friends who kept me sane, I started going to
Acupuncture
- which helped me relax, I stopped drinking (as someone who loves a glass of wine,I'm not going to lie this was a big thing - even though I realised loads of other women had already done this!)

Vitamins, acupuncture and other things to help!?
I’ve read about some of you having
acupuncture
. How do you find the right practitioner and any advice on what I should be looking for etc.? Also does traditional Chinese medicine help? Not sure I fancy some of the herbs but if it helps I’m prepared to try it! Again-what or who do I look for??

Need help dealing with a bipolar sibling
My brother was diagnosed with bipolar a few years ago after coming out of a year-long depression that he fell into after having to get open-heart surgery (at age 28) to correct a previously undiagnosed congenital heart defect. Prior to the surgery, he held an office job in the tech industry, saved money

Work, what to do?
I've started
acupuncture
which is helping (paying privately). But the reason I posting mainly, is to get some advice about work. I move jobs in December, but was still really struggling with pain and fatigue.

How TB Meningitis changed my life...
The physio did some treatments and
acupuncture
and later my backache was fine. I still had frequent fevers, I was admitted at the hospital. The doctor isolated me for a week , he said they need to test my sputum. The test results were negative and so they transferred me to the normal ward.

Thank you so much for all of your replies.
I had an
acupuncture
appointment booked which hubby bullied me into going to and although still nauseous I feel like I have a tiny bit more energy. I’ve managed some pasta and jelly for dinner and have stayed out of bed long enough to watch Nanny McPhee!

Will the NHS now listen to me on my latest Thyroid results, advice greatly appreciated.
Hi As many of you know i've posted here previously, to cut a very long story short (detailed in previous posts). I paid private to see an Endocrinologist after going to my GP with thyroid symptoms and my TSH being 6.8 and Thyroid antibodies of 58, and low vitamins from the GP testings. I didn't realise

3-1/2 Weeks Bell's Palsy Update
I'm doing
acupuncture
which I started like day 10, and still doing it on weekly basis. It helped me relaxed. My face is not droopy at all, well there's droopiness if you look longer and closer but not noticeable, that's why I thought I'll heal faster.
