Feeling like a YoYo
Been dealing with hashimotos going on 16 years. I call it the "Roller Coaster Ride From Hell"! I have been as high as 300 mcg Levthyroxin due to Antibodies being high. Hashimotos makes the TSH SWING Up&down. When your numbers are high its Hypo & when the numbers are low its Hyper! Example of hashimotos

Can anyone help interpret results of a Metypirone test?
My adrenal function has been sluggish with cortisol levels taking almost one year to return to the "normal" range, albeit the lower end of normal. My endo decided to further evaluate the HPA axis. Last week, I was given 3000 of Metypirone at midnight to block adrenal function. At 07:30 the following

Continue to fear for my life. These symptoms are horrible.
My new labs. Funny my endo called saying hey you've def got Hoshimotos. I've known that for over two years. He said to continue 30mg of Armour. I'm about to increase my dosage myself. What is a safe dosage to increase to? I'm the exception and have lost 20 pounds in the past 6 months. Here are my labs

Isolated Adrenocorticotropic Hormone or Thyrotropin Deficiency Following Mild Traumatic Brain Injury: Three Cases with Long-Term Follow-Up
Case three in this paper is of potential relevance to a number here. I am absolutely convinced that reduced pituitary function is far more common than is realised. In this case report the person seems to have been identified almost by luck. It makes a very obvious argument against relying on TSH only

NO libido & other sympts / Full LAB results / thoughts?
Well, my libido/sexual drive has been decreasing slowly for the last 7-8 years (I'm a 34yo MALE) to a point where it's not there anymore - whatsoever!!! Also seen less ejaculation volume, no morning erections, less penis skin sensitivity and few/none sexual fantasies. Reduced effect of Cialis-Levitra-Viagra
