Tapazole side effects

Has anyone experienced acid reflux as a side effect of being on tapazole? I never experienced acid reflux in my life except when pregnant and the last few weeks it’s happening all the time and not only that there’s a burning type pain when I’m breathing in my Esophagus.

Excellent appointment with the rheumatologist.

I saw the consultant rheumatologist today and she couldn`t have been nicer or more helpful. She said I`m doing very well and to keep doing exactly what I`m doing now. She is happy that I`m using the dead slow taper and said that is what she advises her patients to do if they have problems lowering their

Possible causes of Ataxia

🙂 This is a ‘long read’ and may be difficult to interpret, but never the less it’s interesting. What processes can cause ataxia? The pathophysiology of cerebellar ataxias is as diverse as the various neurological and systemic diseases affecting the cerebellum. Broadly classifying ataxias into genetic

Thank you to Edward_H for the reply to the Oatly Milk post from yesterday. So everyone is clear and can read the information and make up their own mind. (Here's Oatly's response to the post) "I’d love to clear a few things up about that blog post, as it contains some misinformation and speculation

Poop retention, by a man who suffered this from birth to 13.

The other issue it has given me is acid reflux due to the pressure my stomach was under when I was not pooping. Despite an operation to try and resolve my acid reflux, it is still there, I believe it is being caused by my mega colon. I am happy to provide information and help to anyone.

Just checking

Have had PMR for a year and a half. Recently tried a taper from 8 mg to7.5. Started just after Christmas, after a six week battle with a cough and while feeling more tired than usual. A wee bit of pain came back in shoulders and hip, and an overpowering malaise took hold, although I really wasn’t aware

Supplements. Where are we now?

In the first years following my diagnosis in 2016, i picked up a lot of ideas and suggestions for supplementation. There was a lot of promotion of Co-enzyme Q10, NAC, Creatine, Omega 3, Milk Thistle and lots of others as well. Recently and over a period of time, talk about supplements on this forum and

Where does this heart/chest pain come from?

With me it seems to be linked to wind and/or acid reflux, but only since my heart attack has it resulted in chest pain. Before stenting I have never had heart pain in my life, so wonder if anyone could explain what I am feeling now almost every single day.
