I too have restless legs, and Fibromyalgia, lets talk, more.

Sometimes my body jolts in bed not sure if it isa condition?. Usually when drifting off to sleep. It doesn't happen all the time though.

Vestibular - balance and co-ordination, due to accident'. 'Plodding on' with it now, with much progress. But still somewhat dis-heartening.

They are not sure. It is some kind of neuropathy with muscle involvement. I am pretty much housebound and have been referred to the Mayo Clinic here in the U.S.

I have left and right parietal lobe brain damage which has led to cognitive impairment, dyslexia, dyscalculia, short term memory problems and terrible constant headaches. I also have secondary narcolepsy which makes my life a living hell.

Ive have muscle spasms in my legs and arms, which gets progressively more forceful the closer to being asleep I get. It started after alot of different neurosurgeries and bacterial meningitis. My partner is a saint! and I am so greatful to have him. I grind my teeth, talk and act out as well as the muscle spasms...his patience is unmeasurable! Taking naps and being well rested seems to make the spasms i have less forceful, Its not very convenient to take naps in the day but it seems to help. Im not familiar with the symptoms of RLS are they like involuntary spasms like mine?
