Does anyone on here have this condition? I have had constant ear pain since February 2013, when I had to reduce my Predisolone from 60 mgs to 40 mgs, it is painful and at times unbearable. I have seen an ENT consultant, who ran some tests, checked me over and said he couldn't find anything wrong! My main consultant has prescirbed Ametryptolene (?spelling) 10mgs per day and to increase to 20 mgs if need be and that it takes upto 2 weeks before the benefit trips in; well it been three weeks and this week I've had to increase to 20 mgs per day, although the pain is reduced it's still there. What I want to know is how do you get across to your doctor/s the extent of the pain etc.
