My son has had problems knowing when he needed the toilet due to an enlarged colon. For 8 days he has been "sick" so I put it down to a bug the first couple of days. He didn't want to go to school so he was sick twice on his uniform. I said he has to starve the bug but keep up fluids. He said he was too hungry and made a sandwich. He is overweight and low self confidence even though he is good at school and popular.
