I can average 4.30/km for 4.2k, this guy who ran the viena Marathon averaged 2.41/km for 42k. Don't care how many pace makers he had. That's just amazing

That is an amazing time Johnny, 20 seconds short of two hours, many people here would be happy getting that time in a half marathon.

Absolutely... I was delighted to do my 10K in just over an hour yesterday and laughed as I ran thinking that he was running too...now I know he was running three times faster per K than I was!!

He didn’t even look like he was trying that hard... I have a feeling he’s gonna go sub 2 in a race next year. When he did breaking2 with Nike all the experts said it was crazy and he would be missing out on a marathon... a year later he smashed the official world record by more time than anyone since 1967, if he matches that he’s sub 2... and from what I’ve read he’s not likely to have peaked as a marathon runner, that usually comes between 35 and 40 apparently.

Your pace is mighty impressive for someone here, and indeed anywhere with only a year or so of experience... the Kipchoges and Farahs of this world have never not been runners.
