Tonight's work

Run 5k 27.44mins 5.33/km controlled run

Row Arms over hand 200m

Row Arms under hand 200m

Bench press 4 sets 6 reps (40 46 55 65KG)

Incline db press 3sets 6 reps (22.5 22.5 22.5KG)

Db flys 3 sets 12 reps (5 8 8)KG

Tricep extension 3 sets 12 reps (8 8 8) KG

Diamond pres 2 sets 10.reps BODY WEIGHT

Great report of your workout today Johnny, those bench presses are quite hard and so are the diamond press bodyweight pretty hard as well, but you managed them without any problems whatsoever, well done.

I wouldn't say it was no bother. Them last 4 push ups where hard. I only do Bench press when with PT. I actually prefer the db press.

Well done. Great workout. how is clean eating going,? still on plan?, I didn’t do too bad on that front last week and made up my gym time by the end of the week. I missed gym again today because I had to take delivery of 3 tonne of top soil, but I did mange a great speed run. Have a good week. Rfc x

It probaly went a wee bit off towards end of the week but tbf it was a challenging end to the week, few things happening that would wreck the brain. I recovered over the weekend with it. I'm happy enough how I'm going.
