I've been doing Strength and Flex for about 8 weeks and I'm continuing to see improvements in every part of my body. I also fit in at least an hour's walk each week. I do a busy and demanding job and do my best to fit in as much exercise as possible.
I was very unfit and knew that the muscles in my stomach and back needed strengthening and strength and flex has done just that. Before finding these exercises, I was thinking of going privately to a Physiotherapist so discovering these exercises has saved me a small fortune.
