Recovering from a Stress Fracture

Have been doing Week 5 of Strength and Flex for two weeks. When I began the Strength and Flex series of exercises, I was so sceptical. However, I am pleased to say that there have been so many improvements for me. I have gained strength and flexibility in every part of my body and plan to continue with these exercises because they have made such a difference to me. I am now including walks along with exercise on my exercise bike during the week. I feel so much fitter and this series of exercises are at the core of my exercise routine. Many thanks.
