I'm starting the strength and flexibility, does anyone have any tips?

I'm also doing the c25k and wondering when to fit both in, my idea is to do this on a non run day, does anyone have any tips for what times of day might be good?

Hi birdistheword,

Doing S&F and C25K on alternate days is the way to go. Time-wise, it really depends on what works for you! Good lick and let us know how you get on.
