Sky is the limit

I climb 6 flights of stairs everyday. Are there any exercises that can be done while climbing stairs?(like jump squats, lunges, etc) Also, how many calories are burned climbing 6 flights of stairs? Thanks!

  • Yes! You can step it up by climbing two stairs at a time, or doing a squat every two stairs or so. The calories burned depends on your weight and height and how fast you climb the stairs. A wearable fitness tracker like a Fitbit could tell you more accurately how many calories you’re burning.
