I'm looking for ideas to help my team keep more active in the winter.

Now that it's getting colder and the weather is more unpredictable I'm thinking of organising a stair climbing club during the lunch time. Has anyone done this? Any ideas about what works? Love some help. Thanks.

  • We're new to this but have looked into it too and it kind of depends on the stairs and what the level of fitness and competition is in the group. Teams and timed competition could work (although getting too competitive might get complicated if the group is big on stairs). But there are fairly well established stairclimbing groups that go for the full 'vertical challenge' which looks like it gets fairly addictive.
