Hello everyone,

I just joined this site.

I'm a 67 year old woman who needs to lose weight, eat healthier and is looking for new friends to support me in this endeavor.

Believe me, I need all the support and motivation I can get.

Thank you

howdy!

Group movement/ fitness classes are a great way to get moving and receive exercise adherence support. Depending on your current fitness level, interests, and functional capacity there are so many options these days! I particularly like classes that incorporate dance and mindful movement components. Walking as exercise has so many benefits... from weight loss and improved cognitive and emotional balance. REACH OUT TO A FRIEND AND BECOME WALKING BUDDIES!
