I'm amazed I (just) got into the Leader Mover. Walking daily gets be between 3500 and 7500 steps, though it's more likely to be the 3,500 end of the scale.

Well done HollyBerry that is great news and shows that you are doing all the right things consistently. As a Leader Mover we invite you to share your routine to inspire others in the community! Sounds like you are using a tracker of some kind, could you share any info on how using a fitness tracker helps you keep your activity high?

It's an App on my phone. TBH I didn't know it was there until I accidently pressed it about a month ago.

As I have fibro it's not worth overdoing exercise. It'll be pay back the next day and I can end up in more pain and able to do less for several days. Even if, on a bad day, I only manage 1500 steps, it's 1500 more than I would have done if I'd had to stay in bed. On a good day when I can do 6000 plus it's a good feeling.

I have to try and exercise my two dogs daily and I do wonder if I didn't have them would I make the effort on my own.

Now have to try and add in stretches.

Just goes to show, there are helpful things on your phone for tracking steps that come for free! No need for a Fitbit (although they are good too). Hope you find the stretching videos to be a helpful guide and please let us know which you liked the best. A very good morning activity I think...
