Hi Louie, I hope that someone in this community can share their experience with you and sending you best wishes. Most people in Start Moving community came because of knee and hip pain, so there might be another community that has more knuckle joint experience. One I would suggest where you might find more experience of hand arthritis is NRAS - National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society.

I do suggest that you follow this community and ask them the same question, perhaps give a bit more info about why you are asking and what it is you would like to learn about. Very best
