hi wrightfan thanks for the recommendation. Can you share a bit more about when you found this helpful? Is it during exercise for example?

I saw it on TV and ordered it. It's a cream that comes out as foam and you rub it in. It disappears. It has a nice smell to it.

thanks, it sound like it would be helpful after exercise and maybe if you get some muscle pain at night time?
