At my age I don’t know what unexpected health problems could come up. But I do know that keeping well with the minimum required medication, thinking well and keeping active are helping me. My goal is to be as active as possible given my health conditions, to be as involved in life as I can at this stage, and to be connected to others (as in this forum). I am reassured I am not alone in this effort.
