Looks like heat allows muscles to relax and helps with joint pain but it does not help with swelling. Now that weather outside is getting warmer are many of you experiencing less pain? Are you moving about more? Share your experiences online. Tell us how you are moving more and experiencing less pain.

For me, I start walking more with some pain because I like being outside. I like all seasons but I love when Springtime comes. I admit that I take a tylenol about 30 minutes before I start walking. I don't push myself at first. But as I get more comfortable I walk a little longer.

Im not sure why, but some days more pain, other days almost none. In general I have much less pain in the warmer months but I think alot of it is Im outside, more active, more sunshine, less depression, Im distracted, etc. I do believe the barometer plays a role in my knee pain, seems like when stormy weather moving in and barometer drops to 29, my knee hurts more. When barometer is around 31 I notice less pain
