I have stiffness of the knee. It gets so stiff I can't bend it..It really is very uncomfortable.

Hi Barbara, You don't say if you have seen a doctor or are under anyone's care. If not this is your first step. There are several reasons your knee may be stiff and before you get treatment you must know the cause of the problem. If it were me I would make an appt with an orthopedic doctor, find the cause, and then work with him on a treatment plan designed for you. Take care. irina1975

I WILL BET THE WALKING OR MOVEMENT IN WATER (AT CHEST LEVEL) AND THEN A WARM JACUZZI WILL HELP. IF NOT WARM (NOT BURNING HOT) PACKS

Hi, Thanks for reaching out. I understand having a stiff knee. After I drive to or from work, my knees are very stiff and it takes a while to loosen up. I do try to stretch when I first get out of the car. Please tell us more about yourself. Are your knees stiff all of the time?
