Moving Ahead despite Knee Pain

An evening walk with a friend or family member is a great way to stay active and help knee pain with an added bonus of nurturing important relationships. Even my 21-year-old-son was willing to indulge my request at an age when we don't share much!

Dusting off the old bike is another great way for me to stay active despite knee pain.

An evening walk after dinner is so nice, but if my joints are hurting does walking make the pain better or worse?
