Hi as anybody got any ideas I sometimes feel faint become hot and shaky

Any particular triggers that cause you to feel this way?

A particular symptom of my NCS (neurocardiogenic syncope) is very random hot flushes / sweats. For example I'd be sat in lectures at college, suddenly I'd be pouring with sweat for no apparent reason.

If you do have any other symptoms then please do share, as we may be able to draw further comparisons.

Either way, you should approach your GP if you are experiencing regular dizziness.

It comes on unexpectedly yesterday I had just arrived at work and on the way started feeling shaky but within minutes needed to phone an ambulance has someone fell. I work with the elderly , I used the phone in her room and her room was very warm and I felt as if I was going to pass out. I had to get a drink of water

Humid surroundings are a particular trigger for me.

Well worth going to your GP and mentioning what happened. They might not refer you for further tests immediately, but I'm sure any further incidences would generally prompt some form of follow up testing.
